About

Hi, I’m Allysa.
Your team’s dietitian.

Good nutrition needs to work around real working days: long stretches at a desk, back-to-back calls, demanding projects, and lunch that gets pushed to “later.”

I help businesses help their people build practical eating habits that support steady energy and focus. My approach is evidence-based, realistic, and built around everyday food—not another demanding routine.

Through Workwell Nutrition, your team gets live workshops on topics like beating the 3 PM slump, eating for sustained focus, and planning meals during busy weeks—plus ongoing access for general nutrition questions.

Support across time zones

Recordings and takeaway guides let people learn on their schedule. Internal employee viewing during the membership is included, with hosting arrangements agreed at onboarding.

Room for individual support

Private consultations can be arranged separately where I’m authorized to practise. Employer funding or wellness allowances may help cover them, subject to the employee’s plan.

What clients say

“We hired her for our employee Wellness Wednesday initiative to talk about gut health as it pertains to work life and personal life. She was a natural speaker and shared some really great content. I can confidently say we all walked away having learned something new! Thanks Allysa!”

FAQ

Questions HR teams ask first.

Something not covered? Send me a message—I’m happy to walk through it on a call.

How much of my team’s time will this take?+

Very little. After a short onboarding call, I handle topic planning, session delivery, resources and the Q&A channel. Your role is approving the monthly topic and sharing the invite—usually a few minutes a month.

How is this different from booking a one-off wellness webinar?+

Continuity. Your team gets the same dietitian every month, a channel to ask questions between sessions, and a library of resources that keeps growing—so the program keeps going without HR having to restart it.

Can employees ask about their personal health conditions?+

The membership covers general nutrition education. Personal medical questions and individual consultations sit outside it. Where I’m authorized to practise, private consultations can be arranged separately, and employer wellness allowances or benefits may help cover them, subject to the employee’s plan.

What about employee privacy?+

The shared channel is for general questions, so I encourage people not to post personal health details there. Anything individual is redirected to a private consultation. I don’t report individual questions or participation back to the employer.

We’re remote and spread across time zones. Does that work?+

Yes—it’s built for it. Every live session is recorded with a takeaway guide, and internal viewing is included for the length of your membership. Hosting is agreed at onboarding.

Which platforms do you work with?+

Whatever your team already uses: Slack or Microsoft Teams for the Q&A channel, and Zoom, Teams or Google Meet for live sessions. No new apps or logins for employees.

Is there a minimum commitment?+

Memberships start with a 90-day commitment, then continue month to month. Billing is a single flat monthly invoice in USD.

Can we try a single session first?+

Yes. One-off lunch & learns start at $995 USD—a good way to see how your team responds before committing to a membership.

How will we know it’s working?+

You’ll get a short summary each quarter: session attendance, recording views, the questions coming up most, and anonymous feedback from a quick post-session pulse—easy to drop into your wellness reporting.

When can we start?+

I’m accepting new clients from January 2027 and work with a small number of teams at a time. Join the waitlist below and we’ll book a discovery call to plan your first quarter.
